The Obverse Features Lady Liberty Surrounded By 13 Small Stars Representing The Original Colonies. The Reverse Shows An Eagle With Spread Wings And A Shield On Its Breast, 13 Stars In An Oval With Rays Above, Encircled By United States Of America And Twenty D. The Design By James B.
