The Obverse Shows Liberty Facing Left With A Hair Band Incised With The Word "liberty" And Surrounded By 13 Stars. The Reverse Displays A Heraldic Eagle With A Shield On Its Breast And Thirteen Stars Above Encircled By The Legends And The Denomination. Designed By James B.
