Inter-Location Transfer Process We offer a paid transfer service to move your winning items to our Guelph or Brantford locations: How to Request: Notify us via email or state your preference during auction registration. Transfer Fee: $10.00 + HST per invoice ($11.30 total). We will email you an updated invoice reflecting the fee. Schedule: Transfers run every two weeks. Please contact the specific bidding location directly to confirm the upcoming transfer dates. Shipping Process Payment Method: Cards on file are not auto-charged. All shipping orders must be paid via E-Transfer to [email protected]. Step 1 (Initial Payment): Pay your main invoice total via e-transfer upon receipt. This confirms you want your items shipped. Step 2 (Shipping Quote): You will receive a separate shipping quote via email within 3–4 business days after your initial invoice payment is received. Step 3 (Dispatch): Once the shipping balance is settled, we will dispatch your package and email you the tracking number. Handling Fee: A standard $6.00 handling fee applies per invoice.
