Approx. 12-12"W x 17" H before light and 24-1/4"H approx. w/light. Patented 1924. UNTESTED, but appears that wires have been cut. Not sure if correct key, but it did unlock the box . Finnacy afterwards. Shows finish wear. To light may have had a clear globe. Many versions of these are shown online. Condition as shown.
