Vintage 1991 Birthday Surprise African American Barbie Up for auction is a vintage 1991 Birthday Surprise African American Barbie Doll by Mattel. This stunning, nostalgic doll features dark curls and a voluminous peach party gown with a sheer tulle overlay and ruffled shoulders. She is Never Removed From Box (NRFB), securely attached to her original inner cardboard backing. The package includes a surprise present box decoration and a birthday card for the collector. While the doll itself remains brand-new and untouched, the clear plastic windows and exterior cardboard box show typical shelf and storage wear expected from a 35-year-old vintage piece
