Vintage Chinese porcelain figure depicting Shoulao, the traditional Chinese deity of longevity, portrayed as an elderly bearded figure holding a large peach of immortality and a tall red staff. The figure is richly decorated in bright polychrome enamels, with a predominantly yellow robe accented in cobalt blue, iron red, green, pink, white, and gilt details.<br><br>The robe is ornamented with traditional longevity symbols, cloud motifs, floral decoration, and circular medallions. Shoulao is modeled with his characteristic high forehead and long flowing white beard, while the peach and staff reinforce the symbolism of long life, health, and prosperity. The sculpted folds of the robe and raised accessories add depth and dimension throughout the figure.<br><br>The underside has an unglazed base with a central opening, consistent with its hollow porcelain construction.
