This antique industrial blowtorch features a cylindrical metal fuel tank with a flared base. The top of the tank is mounted with a horizontal burner assembly including a preheating cup, a rear control knob with a knurled edge, and a small metal hook. A vertical manual plunger pump is positioned on the top of the tank for pressurization. The tool includes a side handle consisting of two metal brackets and a weathered wooden grip. The underside of the base contains a central hexagonal nut assembly. Incised markings are present on the upper handle bracket but are not legible. Condition: The blowtorch shows signs of heavy industrial use and significant age. The metal surfaces exhibit overall surface oxidation and a dark brown patina. Corrosion is present on the iron and steel components of the burner assembly. The wooden handle grip is heavily weathered with significant wear, surface loss, and cracking consistent with age.
