A ceramic jug featuring a cream-colored body with blue spongeware decoration on the handle, neck, and shoulder. The vessel is decorated with a hand-painted winter scene on the front depicting a blue cottage and snow-covered evergreen trees, with VERMONT written in blue below the scene. The underside bears a blue circular stamp reading ALPINE POTTERY OHIO 2001 ROSEVILLE. Height: approx. 11.5 inches Diameter: approx. 7 inches. Condition: The piece exhibits fine glaze crazing throughout the body. No chips, cracks, or repairs are visible.
