Just connect 2 posts and insert them into the center of the base and use the bolt to fix, the other 2 nuts and bolts are for mounting signs on the pre-drilled holes (signs are not included in the package). COMPATIBLE SIGN HOLDER: Compatible with a variety of different signs. Post can fit a rectangle sign up to 18" 24", a diamond and circle sign up to 18" 18". Once installed the post is 48" tall.
