Because this instrument was made in 2002, the chrome neck plate on the back reads "Squier 20th Anniversary". Fender included these engraved neck plates on all Squier guitars produced in 2002 to celebrate 20 years of the Squier brand name (1982–2002). While it is a cool piece of history, it was a standard feature for that entire year and does not add a significant price premium over other early-2000s models.Bundle ComponentsThe guitar is paired with a black padded Windsor soft gig bag case. Windsor makes affordable, functional instrument bags featuring backpack straps and storage pockets, which are perfect for a student or traveling player.
