First introduced by Bell Labs in 1949 and produced through the late 20th century, the Model 500 telephone series served as the standard domestic desk phone for businesses and households across North America for decades. This specific unit features a clear plastic rotary dial with standard numbers and letter groupings, a matching black G1 handset, and a coiled handset cord.
