Illinois firearm purchases are subject to the required **72-hour waiting period**, and firearms will not be released until all required paperwork and background checks have been completed and approved. **Illinois Buyers:** Buyers must contact A&A Armory **following the auction close** to arrange transfer paperwork and pickup. A **$37 transfer fee per firearm** will be collected by A&A Armory. This fee applies to all firearm sales, regardless of the buyer's state of residence or FFL status. **Out-of-State Buyers:** Payment for all firearm purchases **must be made via wire transfer-no exceptions.** Firearms will be shipped by A&A Armory to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's area for transfer. Buyers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges, the **$30 transfer fee per firearm** charged by A&A Armory, and any fees charged by the receiving FFL. Firearms will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and all applicable transfer requirements have been satisfied. **Ammunition:** Illinois buyers must present a valid FOID card to purchase ammunition. Out-of-state buyers must present a valid government-issued photo ID and meet all applicable legal requirements. **Payment:** Credit card payments will **not** be accepted for firearms. Illinois firearm purchases must be paid by **cash or check**. Out-of-state firearm purchases **must be paid by wire transfer-no exceptions.** Payment must be made directly to **C.Lee Liquidation & Auction**. All firearm and ammunition sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. **No firearm will be released until all legal transfer requirements have been satisfied.**
