Vintage Fostoria American clear pressed-glass oval torte, cake, or serving platter in the classic No. 2056 cubist pattern. This substantial serving piece features Fostoria's distinctive raised geometric block design, scalloped rim, and a smooth oval center well. Platter measures approximately 12 inches long and approximately 9 inches wide, based on the tape measurement shown in the photographs. The raised clear-glass pattern catches the light nicely and makes this a standout piece for cake, torte, cookies, sandwiches, appetizers, fruit, or display. The outer rim has the iconic Fostoria American stacked-cube design with a softly scalloped outline. The central oval area is smooth, providing a practical serving surface while allowing the surrounding pressed-glass pattern to remain visible.
