A Lionel O gauge powered unit featuring a molded blue plastic shell and die-cast metal chassis. The locomotive is finished in Chesapeake & Ohio livery with yellow stripes. The sides are marked CHESAPEAKE & OHIO with BUILT BY LIONEL printedat the rear and the number 230 on the front cab. The underside reveals an electric motor assembly with geared drive and center rail pickups.The shell shows scuffing and scratches consistent with age. Visible oxidation is present on the die-cast frame. The front coupler, headlight lens, and window glazing are missing. The silver-tone horn is tarnished. This item has not been tested.
