THIS UNIT IS AS IS - One of the three aluminum mounting legs is completely broken off, preventing secure installation. KEY ISSUES (READ FIRST): - BROKEN MOUNTING LEG: One of the three aluminum mounting legs is completely sheared off at the foot, which prevents secure installation. - MODEL DISCREPANCY: The physical unit's product label specifies model QXB-2, while the included manual references model QXB-1. - SHAFT COLLAR DEBRIS: There is a small amount of debris inside the vertical shaft collar.
