TRAILER IS NOT INCLUDED YOU ARE PURCHASING THE MERCHANDISE INSIDE THE TRAILER ONLY. The 53 foot trailer itself is NOT part of this sale, is NOT included in the purchase price, and will NOT transfer to the buyer under any circumstances. GREAT BULK BUY FOR RESELLERS This is a great opportunity for a reseller, flea market vendor, auction company, bin store, liquidation buyer, or anyone looking to purchase a large quantity of merchandise at one time. The trailer contains a variety of merchandise in varying conditions. Items may include new, open box, customer returns, used, incomplete, damaged, untested, or salvage merchandise. Some items may be missing parts, packaging, hardware, or accessories. This lot is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS as one bulk purchase. No individual items will be removed, separated, tested, sorted, or guaranteed. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE REMOVAL The winning bidder is responsible for unloading and removing ALL merchandise from the trailer. Buyer must arrive with sufficient labor, equipment, vehicles, containers, and any other resources necessary to remove the entire load. ALL merchandise must be removed within the pickup time frame stated for this auction. No extensions are guaranteed. Nothing may be left behind. Buyer is responsible for completely emptying the trailer and removing all merchandise, packaging, debris, damaged items, unwanted items, and other contents associated with this lot. FAILURE TO COMPLETELY EMPTY THE TRAILER AND REMOVE ALL ITEMS WILL RESULT IN A $1,000 DISPOSAL FEE ASSESSED TO THE BUYER. Budget Barn will not provide transportation for the merchandise and does not guarantee loading or unloading assistance. IMPORTANT The 53 foot trailer is NOT included. Merchandise only. ALL contents must be removed. Buyer is responsible for unloading and hauling away the entire load. Entire load must be removed within the auction's stated pickup time frame. Failure to remove all contents will result in a $1,000 disposal fee. Merchandise is in varying conditions and is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No guarantees are made regarding condition, completeness, functionality, quantity, resale value, or retail value. This is a bulk liquidation opportunity and should be purchased with the expectation that merchandise conditions will vary significantly throughout the load. By bidding, the bidder acknowledges the removal requirements, pickup deadline, $1,000 disposal fee, and that the 53 foot trailer itself is NOT included in the sale.
