Colorful vintage 1940s American Bisque ceramic cookie jar, Model 126-A, fashioned as a cheerful clown with a rounded body, expressive molded face, small cap, oversized red shoes, and brightly painted polka-dot costume. The removable head and shoulders form the lid. A classic example of whimsical mid-century American figural kitchenware. Good overall vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs; minor paint loss and age-related surface wear. 12" x 8" x 7".
