Clyde Hancock (1901-1960) Stuttgart, AR 5" long Hancock is revered as one of the major early Arkansas duck call makers. He worked as a guide, in addition to being a 1943 World Championship caller, giving his calls more connection to sportsmen in the field rather than simply being known as just a call maker. In an interesting historical note, Hancock was the uncle of Butch Richenback, the founder of RNT calls. He hand finished his tone boards instead of using a jig and is primarily known for his smooth barrel calls with a few carved rings. His checkered calls are exceptionally scarce.Condition: Excellent and original, a couple very minor spots of wear with some dirt in the checkering
