Ithaca Gun Company/SKB Model 280 side-by-side shotgun chambered in 12 gauge. Manufactured in Japan by SKB and imported by Ithaca, this shotgun features 28-inch barrels with fixed Modified and Full chokes, a straight English-style walnut stock, checkered furniture, a single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, and an engraved boxlock receiver. The serial numbers are matching. SKB side-by-side shotguns are commonly used and highly regarded in Cowboy Action Shooting due to their durability, dependable actions, and quick-handling design. Depending on the competition’s rules, the automatic ejectors may need to be disabled before use. This shotgun is used but remains in clean overall condition, retaining an attractive appearance with only normal signs of previous handling and use. The Model 280 is also well suited for upland hunting, recreational shooting, and collecting. Please review all photographs for the most accurate representation of condition.
