This 1967 Canadian Confederation Centennial silver dollar coin is struck in 80% fine silver (0.60 oz actual silver weight). Issued by the Royal Canadian Mint to commemorate Canada's 100th anniversary of Confederation, the reverse displays Alex Colville's iconic flying Canada goose (rock dove) design alongside the dual dates "1867-1967". The obverse features the Arnold Machin effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin comes protected in a clear plastic protective capsule.
