This set of two children's wood and woven cane chairs features classic steam-bent frames with visible screw construction and characteristic looped backrests. Each piece includes a hand-woven cane seat insert. The set is graduated in size,designed with one slightly larger chair for older siblings, finished in a traditional wood stain. Large chair measures 12.5 inches to seat, 26 inches to seat back, and 16 x 14 inches at base legs.The chairs exhibit expected signs of age and use, including overall wear to the finish, surface scuffing, and minor sagging to the cane seats. The wooden frames show typical surface drying and characteristic wear to the feet.
