Utilizing unique, tapered burner tubes that generate consistent pressure and flames, the grill's 3 stainless steel PureBlu burners deliver even heat across the grilling surface. The burners' raised gas ports and punched out flame openings direct the flames straight up and allow grease and food debris to fall between the burners to minimize clogging for longer life and easier lighting. These advanced burners provide 39,000 BTU under the grill's roomy 513 sq. in. of cooking area over its porcelain-enameled, heat-retaining cast iron cooking grates. FLAVORIZER bars over the burners catch and vaporize drippings falling from the grates to add extra flavor to your food. These bars also funnel any drippings not vaporized away from the burners to prevent troublesome flare-ups. Compatible with the WEBER CRAFTED grate system, the E-315 accepts additional specialized grates (not included) so you can sear, roast, bake, steam, and stir-fry on the grill. This easy-to-use grill also features Weber's slide-out Grease Management System just under the cookbox for quick and easy grease removal and scraping into a disposable drip pan.
