Frosted glass commemorative bust of Michael J. Owens, inventor of the automatic bottle-making machine. The molded glass figure features his name and life dates (1859-1923) in relief along the octagonal base. Hollow interior. Shows minor surface wear and a small fleabite chip on the bottom edge. Unmarked by manufacturer.
