Lots will close one at a time and time will extend on each lot if bids are still being made. Make plans now to watch the final bids by opening the Live Catalog at foussauction.com starting at 6pm. 2. Credit cards will be charged immediately after the auction closes. If you need to transfer money to cover your purchases, do it BEFORE bidding. If you do not have the money, PLEASE DO NOT BID as your bids are binding and will be enforced. WE WILL CHARGE A $10 SERVICE FEE FOR ANY DECLINED CREDIT CARD. 3. Shipping – We only ship items marked shippable by USPS Priority mail. Please review shipping charges before bidding. You must request shipping via email AFTER the auction ends but within a 48 hour period. Each lot is marked with an icon if shipping is available, and we DO NOT make exceptions. We DO NOT Ship gold, silver, or coins. No need to ask this is not negotiable. 4. Everything sells AS IS. By bidding you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the auction so be sure you read them. 5. Pick up will be on the dates posted in the auction details ONLY. 6. If you are not available at the times listed in the auction terms to pick up your items, PLEASE DO NOT BID as there are no refunds or other options for this auction. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP OR EMAIL US REQUESTING SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. 8. The system allows you to insert your High Bid for an item and then it will automatically bid for you as needed. Some bidders find it easier to do this instead of having to update their bids when they are outbid. The system will automatically bid one increment at a time as needed up to your High Bid amount. 9. Descriptions, colors, condition, weights, markings, measurements, mileage, hours, and artist names are believed be be correct but are NOT guaranteed. Everything sells as is so do your own research. 10. Please note the pick up for this auction is in Vienna, WV at Fouss Furniture & Outlet. Be prepared to load your own items we will not have loaders to help you load your purchases. 11. For new bidders, those traveling from out of town, or making large purchases such as vehicles we reserve the right to charge a deposit on your credit card after the auction and then require cash at pick up. We do not take checks of ANY KIND. CASH means US Currency. We reserve the right to maintain a copy of the buyers drivers license for all large or gold purchases. 12.
