This train set is spectacular. The set is from Marklin and was made in Germany. The train cars are tinplate. The transformers are written in German and English. This is an HO scale set which includes many cars and tracks along with two transformers and other accessories. We believe that this set is pre-war. Some of the pieces are not in the greatest of shape as shown in the pictures, but most of the set is actually in pretty good condition. Please note that the cords were cut on the transformers. The transformers were made to work on alternating current and not direct current. Please also note, we will consider shipping this lot, but please be advised that shipping may be costly. As long as the buyer understands that shipping costs are out of our control.
