Vintage Cute as a Button collectible dolls. These two are named Kara and Chad. The dolls were created by Tim Wilson. They won the Doll of the Year award in 1998. As you can see, they're wearing their ribbon proudly. These are vinyl dolls, so they would be suitable for play.
