I won't lie, this piece made my little spooky heart very happy. What we have here is a vintage "Fingers" coin bank by Frankonia. You put a coin on the ring and flip the switch on the back. The next thing you know,a skeleton hand comes out and drags the coin into the dark depths of the bank. The bank works, trust me, I tested it myself. Several times in fact. Each time, I giggled.
