We believe that this colorful rhinestone parrot brooch is by Delizza and Elster, referred to as D&E. D&E were known for their use of vibrantly colored aurora borealis rhinestones. The problem is, their pieces were never signed. Visually, this brooch looks very similar to pieces produced by D&E.
