Although we strive to package items carefully, Bontrager Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred during packing or shipping and will not file insurance claims or issue refunds for lots including glassware, dishware, stoneware, or other delicate and fragile materials. We aim to keep shipping costs reasonable; however, fragile items require additional packing materials. If you choose to cancel shipping after we package the item, a $20 surcharge will apply to cover our staff's time. Due to the fragility of some items, shipping may be expensive. -The purchase price of an item has little to do with how much it costs to ship it. - Shipping is available only for select items marked "shipping available." - Buyer pays for shipping, insurance, signature confirmation, labor, and materials. - After the auction closes, winning bidders will receive a text and email regarding pickup or shipping options. Please opt for shipping there. If you have done that, it is not necessary to email us to request shipping or to verify your address. If you have very specific packing instructions, please email them to [email protected]. - Overnight shipping is not available. -Ammunition and firearms ship only to Federal Firearms Licensees. - Fragile items may require professional packaging at buyer's expense.
