Modern Oak Finish Utility Cabinet, late 20th century. This contemporary two-door pantry armoire is constructed of particle board with a light oak-grain laminate finish. The interior is divided into six fixed compartments by a centralvertical divider and horizontal shelves. A handwritten white adhesive label reading See top shelf below with a downward arrow is affixed to the exterior (Photo 3). Per user instructions, this lot is for the cabinet only and does notinclude any of the pictured contents. 72 x 30 x 16.5 inches.This storage cabinet is in good condition for its age, featuring crisp corners and a bold oak-grain finish. Minor surface scuffs (Photo 2) are present as expected from typical residential use.
