Planters Peanuts, Mr. Peanut, mid-20th century. This eight-sided store counter display features embossed mascot figures and five-cent branding alongside the original faceted lid. A poseable plastic figurine completes the set, capturing the mascot's hallmark attire including his top hat, monocle, and cane. The jar reverse bears embossed text for bags imprinted by the brand. The jar displays bold embossed lettering and crisp corners on the glass mascots. Glass remains clear with minor fleabites on the inner lid rim (photo 5), in good condition for the age.
