Alfred Arthur Brunel-Neuville and Max Slevogt, vintage domestic genre scenes, circa 1940. This lot features a plate-signed photomechanical reproduction of inquisitive kittens and a print titled The Sewing Circle. The latter includes a handwritten identification for G.E.M. CO. N.Y.C. on the verso cardboard. These colorful prints are presented in ornate period-style frames under glass. Approximate size: 19 inches by 22 inches each. These items are in good condition for their age with bold colors and white mats. Frames exhibit expected light wear and minor gilt losses (Photos 1, 2). Backing and glass are secure (Photo 4).
