Furniture originally purchased from Rainbow Furniture, were reupholstered. Fabric will need a deep clean, especially on arms, exposed to fireplace embers, areas of burns on arm of one chair and seat of the other chair. Chairs measure 52in W arm to arm x 46in D x 20in H. Ottoman has burn hole and needs deep clean, measures 43in W x 31in x 18in H. All are good solid pieces, would benefit from being reupholstered. Please see photos for all included.
