We work hard to ensure that the items in our auctions are represented as accurately as possible. Please read all item descriptions carefully before bidding, as they contain important information such as brand, condition, missing parts, and other relevant details. Please refer to the picture above for an explanation of our condition types. Items may show normal signs of handling, scuffs, or scratches that may not always be noted in the listing. Any major issues, if present, will be disclosed in the description. As merchandise and conditions vary, we continue to improve our listing and inspection process to help customers make informed bidding decisions and better understand each item. Unless otherwise noted, items appear to be new in box. All customers are encouraged to inspect their items before leaving the premises at pickup. We take accountability when errors occur. If a listing error is confirmed, we will replace the item when possible or issue a refund when necessary. All items include a three (3) day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to the nature of auctions, returns or refunds will not be issued for any other reason. Partial refunds are not offered under any circumstances. To process a refund for an item that is not as described, the item MUST be returned so the condition can be verified before the refund is issued.
