Please read all terms before bidding. • A 20% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price. • Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid exemption is on file before invoicing. • All bids are final and binding. Payment is due within two days of the auction. • All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. • Photographs are part of each description. Buyers must review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition information, box status, and seal status before bidding. • Condition statements are good-faith opinions offered as a courtesy and are not guarantees that every flaw, repair, alteration, missing component, or sign of age has been identified. • Measurements are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise. • Vintage items may show wear, crazing, staining, fading, residue, label wear, cork deterioration, tax-strip wear, surface loss, or manufacturing irregularities consistent with age. • All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or bid cancellations will be accepted. • Estimates are opinions only and do not guarantee value or selling price. • The buyer takes possession and assumes responsibility for purchased property upon the fall of the hammer. • Hatman Auctions is selling the decorative and collectible decanter. Any remaining liquid contents are incidental to the sale of the decorative container. • Buyers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, possession, transportation, delivery, and receipt of spirituous liquor. • Buyers of sealed or liquid-containing decanters must be of legal drinking age and legally eligible to possess the item in their jurisdiction. • Sealed, full, or liquid-containing decanters are PICKUP ONLY BY APPOINTMENT and will not be shipped. • Empty decanters may be eligible for shipping unless marked pickup only or unsuitable for ordinary shipment. • Pickup is in Thayer, Missouri, by appointment, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Buyers must provide at least 24 hours' notice. • Buyers may pick up personally or designate an authorized third party to pick up or deliver their purchases. • Hatman Auctions can store purchased property indefinitely when arrangements have been made. • Delivery may be available for a fee on scheduled routes to St. Louis, Chicago, Green Bay, Michigan's Upper Peninsula, the west side of Michigan, and western Indiana. Delivery must be arranged in advance and operates on firm scheduled dates. • When LiveAuctioneers LiveShipping is selected, LiveAuctioneers and its providers control shipping charges, logistics, tracking, delivery, and damage claims. • When in-house shipping is available, charges are calculated after items are pulled, packed, measured, and weighed and may be billed separately. • Shipping and packing may take up to three weeks after payment.
