This is a handwoven basket highly characteristic of regional indigenous styles, such as those of the Southwest Pima, Tohono O'odham (Papago), or various Basin/California tribes. Traditionally woven, the basket measures approximately 18 inches in diameter and 6 inches in height. It features a tight weave using natural materials.
