Pickup Date/Time & Location: Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 2:00pm - 6:00pm (By Scheduled Appointment) 31 W. 19th Street, Paris, Kentucky 40361 All buyers will be served at the Front Door (watch for signs). Please Check In at the Table and an auction staff member will assist you. Only one buyer at a time, others will need to wait until an auction staff member is available. Thank you for working with us during this time. All items must be picked up by the date(s) and time(s) stated in each auction. No shipping or loading assistance will be provided by McConnell Real Estate, Inc. Removal of items from the auction location(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any items not removed from the auction location(s) by Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 6:00pm will, at the auctioneer's discretion, become the property of the auction center; or be discarded; or resold with proceeds retained by auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND or adjustments given to the purchaser for these forfeited items. If Buyers are unable to pick up their purchased items, or live outside the area, then we have provided contact information for a local shipping center below. Please contact them for quotes and services they can provide. We offer no guarantee or warranty for the shipping services of this company nor any other company buyers choose to use. We are providing this information as a courtesy to our customers. All shipping arrangements (risk, cost, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the buyers. The background check and transfer will be handled by EGUNCO LLC, a FFL licensee. A $35 fee will be charged for each gun processed regardless of whether buyer has a concealed carry permit or FFL license. All firearms must be picked up at EGUNCO LLC store by appointment only. EGUNCO LLC MUST have evidence of payment before they will release any items. "All ATF governed rifles, shotguns, and handguns must be picked up and transferred at EGUNCO LLC. "A $35 transfer fee applies to each firearm even if buyer has a FFL. This fee shall be paid to EGUNCO LLC. "Only the registered winning bidder may purchase and transfer the firearm at the licensed dealer. "McConnell Real Estate, Inc. will collect all payments for invoices. Payment can be made from the invoice, or call in to authorize credit card payment, or come by our office to pay by cash or check. "EGUNCO LLC must have verification of payment before they transfer and release guns. "If you are an out of state buyer, you will need to have the guns shipped to a FFL gun dealer in your state. Please coordinate with McConnell Real Estate, Inc., EGUNCO LLC and your local firearm dealer. Any resulting shipping and transfer fees shall be paid by the buyer.
