Mrsp $ 197.97 Twin size bed (assembled): 77.6" W x 41.5" D x 60.2" H. No box springs required. For children ages 6 and up. Upper bunk weight limit: 200 lbs. (only 1 child should be allowed on upper bunk). Lower bunk weight limit: 225 lbs. Modern Twin over Twin steel tube bunk bed set with ladder. Great for kids' rooms, dorm rooms, and extra bedrooms. Stacked design is perfect for shared rooms or rooms with limited space. Made from durable steel with smooth black powder coated finish. Includes fixed ladder for easy top bunk access Top bunk features guardrails on all four sides for safety. Fits two low-profile twin size mattresses (sold separately). Use mattresses measuring 74" - 75" L x 37.5" - 38.5" W with thickness that does not exceed 6". Mattress should sit at least 5" below upper edge of guardrails Includes anchor to attach bunk bed to wall for added stability. The use of water or sleep flotation mattresses is prohibited.
