Firearm Winchester 1885 Low Wall Falling Block .22

The Model 1885 has been chambered in more calibers than any other rifle in history, simply because the falling block design is among the strongest, most time-tested and accurate actions ever invented. This .22 Rimfire example was made in 1891 and sports a 24” Octagonal barrel. Scope mounts have been installed, replacing the rear sight however the original rear sight and elevator are included. This rifle was made in 1891, making it an antique which does not require an FFL to facilitate the purchase or transfer. Minor cracks have formed behind the tang on the underside and it would appear a repair has been made behind the tang on the top of the stock. Rifle appears to be in good working order.
