Terms and Conditions 1) All registration information the Bidder provides to the Auctioneer shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. 2) All sales are in CANADIAN FUNDS ONLY. All sales are subject to a 16% Buyers Premium and $1.50 handling of the Purchase Price and payable by the Buyers. All sales, handling fee, and Buyers Premium are subject to 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax). Invoices will be processed immediately after the conclusion of the auction. 3) All items are sold in an "AS IS" "WHERE IS" condition with all faults, no warranties or guarantees. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. With no warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, or store credit offered after pickup, regardless of item condition or listing accuracy 4) The items have been described along with photos and each Buyer shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity and authenticity, and shall not be permitted to make any objections after the sale on any grounds whatsoever. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any error on conditions of items. 5) Photos with lot descriptions are to be used to act as part of the item description. We make all efforts to note any defects. Please view all photos for each item before you bid and bid accordingly. All sizes noted in description are approximate. 6) Buyer acknowledges and agrees not to retract their bids. The highest Bidder shall be the Buyer, and if any dispute arises during the sale, then the Auctioneer, may at their discretion, put the lot up again. The Auctioneer's decision is final. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. 7) Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of PAYMENT. 8) SHIPPING at purchaser's expense. (Handling $6.00 plus Delivery). Bidder must request shipping when registering. Please specify the need for delivery in the notes section. It is the responsibility of the bidder to sign up for delivery with pkgPlace directly and not requesting 'shipping' in the bidder notes section. Requests with pkgPlace need to be set up within 24 hours of auction closing. Failure to do so will result in item abandonment. We don't release the items for delivery until the items have been paid for in full. We are not responsible for any items after it is released from the warehouse to pkgPlace. Payment is made directly to pkgPlace. Bennett Auctions is not reasonable U.S. Boarder Customs Duties or Tariffs when shipping to U.S. Customers. 9) Any items purchased and not picked up on pick up days will be deemed as abandoned and will be disposed of at the Auctioneers discretion. Items not picked up or shipping not requested by the end of pickup Day are considered abandoned. Payment will not be refunded. 10) Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee contin
