R Serial # 56980. .32 S&W caliber double action break-top revolver with a 3” barrel. The bore is very good, mostly clean with good rifling with some isolated light pitting. Third Model variation with the double post barrel latch and 4 cross pins in the frame. The blued metal finish on the barrel, frame and cylinder is in fair condition showing wear and thinning with scratches and a covering of light rust. The cylinder is worn to near bare metal. The checkered black plastic grips are in very good condition showing little wear, no cracks or chips. The action works fine. The Third Model was made from 1909-1941. C&R.
