R Serial # 69603. .357 Rem. Magnum caliber double action revolver with an 6” ventilated rib barrel. The bore is excellent, clean with strong rifling with some light fouling. Made in Monson, MA. C. 1976-1977. 6 shot fluted cylinder. These revolvers were noted for having an interchangeable barrel system. The blued metal finish on the barrel is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with a few light scuffs and fine scratches. The blued metal finish on the fluted cylinder is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with a light drag line. The blued metal finish on the frame is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with some light scuffs and some scattered light marks on the left side. The smooth walnut grips are in very good condition showing little wear with some light marks. Adjustable rear sight with a red ramp front sight. The action works fine.
