Serial # 25901. .50 caliber flintlock black powder muzzle loading rifle with a 29” heavy octagon barrel. The bore is excellent, clean with strong rifling, no rust. Double set triggers. The blued metal finish on the barrel is in excellent condition showing little wear with some scattered fine scratches. The engraved lock plate, hammer and frizzen show good case color. The brass trigger guard, patch box, butt plate and barrel hardware are in very good to excellent condition showing little wear. The plain walnut stock is in good to very good condition showing scattered light dings and scratches with a large patch of finish loss on the left side. Fiber front and adjustable rear replacement sights. The action works fine. Includes a wood ram rod.
