R Serial #NSN. .22 RF tip up boy’s rifle with a 15” tip-up barrel (15” barrel has been exempted from NFA). The bore is good, mostly clean with worn, slightly rough rifling. The metal finish on the barrel jacket, breech, receiver and the trigger guard is a worn brownish gray patina with dings, scratches and older cleaned rust. The plain hardwood forearm has a crack with a nail through it. The hardwood butt stock is in fair to good condition showing scattered light dings and scratches with finish wear along with a former owners initials carved into the left side. Rusty steel butt plate. The action works OK. Should not be fired with modern ammunition. C&R.
