OFF-ROAD 990 Gallon Industrias America Fuel Wagon Serial #: 07694 , 6' 10" W x 24' L Comments: Dual Axle, Single Tire, Bumper Pull, Ball Hitch Location: 27 Freight Lane, Chico, CA WARNING TO BIDDERS! This is being sold as an OFF-ROAD vehicle however we do have an MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) and a Bill of Sale (262 Form) which we will give to the buyer. It may not be operated on public roads without current Department of Motor Vehicles registration. Registration will require payment of not only current registration fees and use tax and the vehicle passing a smog inspection and otherwise complying with current requirements but also payment of delinquent registration fees and penalties, if any. BidCal, Inc. makes no estimate of amounts which may be due the Department of Motor Vehicles, if any, if the buyer seeks to obtain current registration. In the absence of proper documentation and payment of amounts due to the Department of Motor Vehicles and passage of inspections required by law, BidCal, Inc. makes no assurance that such registration can be obtained. Bid Cal Inc. will not provide any assistance to a buyer in obtaining such registration and the buyer assumes all risks and costs which may be incurred in seeking or obtaining such registration. A successful bidder will be required to sign a confirmation of its understanding of the above warning and an agreement that it will not seek assistance from BidCal, Inc. in obtaining registration for said vehicle or reimbursement from BidCal, Inc. for any fees, penalties, taxes or other costs associated with obtaining registration for such vehicle.
