Wells & Coverly toddler-sized military-style pea coat made of blue fabric. Features a double-breasted design with gold-tone buttons and a US Navy Petty Officer crest patch on the left sleeve. Likely from the 1950s, based on design and label. Light wear consistent with age evident. Some rust coloured staining, small tears visible.
