By placing a bid you agree to all terms and conditions of this auction. All items up for auction are sold As Is, Where Is with no guarantees or refunds. We try our best to be as accurate as possible to describe items and there condition. However not every flaw might be detected. Please preview for best assessment of condition. All items are untested unless stated otherwise. Please look at all pictures carefully and bid accordingly. No warranties on any items. The card on file will be charged within 12 hours of end of auction. A 12% buyers premium and sales tax will be added to your total bill. Cash is also accepted at pick up. Please notify us if you plan on paying with cash. If your invoice is not payed within 48 hours of auction end your items will be forfeited and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Pick up will be on the date and time stated. If you are unable to make set time please contact us to make other arrangements. If items are not picked up within 48 hours of set pick up date your items will be forfeited and resold. Shipping is available on most items. There will be a $5.00 charge per box needed plus shipping cost. We use Pirate Ship to find best rates possible. All shipping charges will be charged to card on file prior to being shipped. We will not provide help moving or loading items. Packing material will not be provided, please bring your own. We are not responsible for accidents or injury on our property during pickup.
