PAYMENT: 20% Buyers Premium. No sales tax will be charged for this auction. Invoices will be charged within 24 hours of auction ending to the card on file. If your card declines, an email will be sent with a link that allows you to change your card and make a payment. There will be a $15 fee for ALL declined payments. **Make sure your card is updated before registration.** *If you do not pay, you will be permanently banned from future bidding with our company. Accepted payment method: Credit or Debit Card only. No cash, checks, or wire transfers - DO NOT ASK! **Make sure your card is up to date before registration.** PICKUP: If pickup is selected, pickup will be by appointment only at 161 Ponder Lane, Smithville, TN 37166. This is NOT at our office. All pickup orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window. Pickup orders not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited and disposed of with no refund. --WE WILL NOT CALL AND EMAIL REPEATEDLY TO REMIND YOU-- Bring your own labor and packing supplies. All pickup items must be removed by the stated deadline as possession of the property will transfer. SHIPPING: You will be able to select shipping as an option after the auction ends - an email and text will be sent for you to verify the address you want shipped to. This will be sent from Shipping Saint. **Shipping is available on SELECT items. Please verify your item is marked for this. If you purchase a non-ship item, you have to pick up or will forfeit that item.
