Hitachi VB16Y portable electric rebar cutter and bender designed for cutting and bending Grade 60 rebar up to 5/8 inch (#5/16 mm). This corded, double-insulated unit operates on 120V AC power and features an adjustable 0–16 RPM bending speed. Made in Japan. Pre-owned with cosmetic wear and surface oxidation from normal use. Includes the attached power cord and components shown in the photos. Operational status is unknown.
