Original WWII Army Signal Corps large 11 1/4 x 14" photo with news snippet. A member of the Master Race hands over his side-arms. the German Colonel commanding St. Quentin Fort near Metz formally surrenders his arms to Major John T. Russell of the Fifth Infantry Division of the Third U.S. Army. Some wear, small edge tears.
